About reservations

QHow many months in advance can I book a room?
AReservations can be made up to six months in advance. (There are some plans and packages in which this time frame differs)
QWhen do I pay for my room?
ARoom charge must be prepaid upon check-in.
*Cash (KRW only) or credit card (There're some exceptions) is acceptable for payment. We do not accept traveler's cheques. We have currency exchange services at the front desk.
(JPY, CNY, USD, EUR / Service fee required)

About the rooms

QPlease inform us of when you plan to check in and check out.
ACheck-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
QAre there smoking rooms available?
ASmoking is prohibited in all rooms. There is a smoking area in the 21st floor lobby.
QPlease tell me about the fixtures and appurtenances in the room.
ARooms are furnished with bath towels, face towels, hand towels, body towels, a bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, a cotton set, hair dryer, slippers, a shoe horn, clothes brush, hangers, air freshening spray, water, a coffee set, etc.


QCan I leave my luggage at the hotel before I check in or after I check out.
AYes, we can keep your luggage for you. If you have not yet checked in, please leave it with us at the 21st floor lobby. If you have already checked out, please leave it with us at the 1st floor counter. (Please note that we cannot keep your luggage past the day of your departure.)
QCan I send luggage to the hotel prior to the day(s) I'm staying?
AYes, you can, but please contact us in advance. When sending things to the hotel, please write the day(s) you will be staying, the name of the person(s) staying and send your things to the following address.
Note: Please refrain from sending valuables and raw food.

QIs there a hotel curfew?
AThere is no particular curfew. However, for security reasons, the automatic door on the 1st floor is kept locked from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m. You can open it with the card key to your room.
QCan I use the Internet?
AAll rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and LAN ports, which you can use if you have brought a computer. In addition, there are PCs available for use for free in the 21st floor Business Center.
QCan my child sleep in the same bed with me?
AIt is possible only if your child is pre-school age and you are in a room with a double bed. For safety reasons, your child may not sleep with you if your bed is a twin or triple bed.
Please also note that we do not provide bath towels or clothing for especially children. We ask that you bring such items with you.
QWhat are the room rates for children?
AWe do not have special rates for children. The same rate as one adult applies to every child of school age.
QDo you have any impediment removal rooms?
AWe have two universal twin rooms that are impediment removal type.
QWhen do cancellation charges begin to apply?
AIf you wish to cancel your booking, please cancel at least two days prior arrival. After that, the following cancellation charges will be applied.
The day before: 20% of the accommodation charges
The same day: 80% of the accommodation charges
If you fail to contact us: 100% of the accommodation charges
